Record greetings again for the Department, Sales, or Technical
Support Box:
1. Establish a local connection with the voice mail system. For
details, refer to Section 3 Program Worksheet 2: The Opening
Greeting on page 3-6.
2. Press - to access the Transaction Directory.
3. Press or (or use the Jump command) to
display the transaction box you want to change (Departments,
Sales, or Technical Support Box).
4. Highlight the Greeting Day field.
5. Press . Press to start recording the new greeting.
Press any key to stop recording.
6. Listen to the greeting to make sure it sounds the way you want.
Press to hear it.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you are satisfied with the recording.
Change the System ID callers dial to reach the department directory:
1. Press - to access the Transaction Directory.
2. Press or (or use the Jump command) to
display the Departments Box.
3. Move the cursor to the System ID field.
4. Enter the new System ID, and press .
Delete the transaction boxes:
1. Press - to access the Transaction Directory.
2. Press or (or use the Jump command) to
display the transaction box you want to delete (Departments,
Sales, or Technical Support Box).
3. Press .
4. Press to select Box.
5. Press to delete the transaction box.
6. Repeat steps 1 ~ 5 for each box in the department directory.
