Power Saver Mode2
The scan lamp under the document feeder glass automatically turns off when it is not in actual use during a
preset period to reduce power consumption and extend the lamp life. The lamp automatically turns on and the
warm-up cycle begins whenever any key is pressed or the document cover is opened.
You can set the length of time for which the scan lamp waits after a scan job is completed before it switches
to the Power Saver Mode2.
1. Press until >SETUP appears, and then press .
2. Press until >Admin Menu appears, and then press .
3. Press until System Settings appears, and then press .
4. Press until >Power Saver Mode2 appears, and then press
5. Press to select On, and then press
6. Press until >Power Saver Timer appears, and then press
7. Press to select the desired time, and then press .
8. To return to the standby mode, press Cancel.
