Command syntax
Command syntax is represented as follows.

- Optional elements are enclosed in brackets [ ].
- Options for optional keywords are grouped in | (stroke) separated lists enclosed in brackets [ ].
- Options for required keywords are grouped in | (stroke) separated lists enclosed in braces { }.
