(2) Internal memory size switching register (IMS)
The
µ
PD78P078, 78P078Y can specify the internal memory size by internal memory size switching register
(IMS).
IMS is set with an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
RESET input sets this register to the value indicated in Table 23-5.

IMS except for the cases where the external device extension function is used in

PD78078
and 78078Y.
Remark IMS should be set according to the internal ROM capacity.
