Connect the LAN1/2 Ports
Note This step is optional.
A local LAN connection extends switch management to all workstations that have connectivity to the
LAN to which the switch is connected.
Connect the LAN 1 port on the PXM-UI-S3 to a hub or router. This hub or router is connected to a
workstation, as shown in
Figure 3-39.
