Initial Administration Steps for C-LAN and
IP Media Processor

Note: Refer to the Administration for Network Connectivity for Avaya Communication
Manager for specific information.
To administer the C-LAN and IP Media Processor circuit packs:
1. Log in as craft.
2. Type change node-names and press Enter.
3. On page 2, type in the node names and IP addresses for the TN799B/C and the TN2302AP.
Note:
Note: The customer or design team provides the actual name and address. Suggest a
generic name and not one tied to the circuit pack.
4. Type display circuit-pack and press Enter. Verify that the TN2302AP shows up in the
Code column.
