Customizing error messages
To customize the error messages, edit the appropriate messages in the files listed in the
following table, using the Service Controller >> Public access > Web content page.
If an error occurs on Messages are taken from
Login page (index.asp) login_error_message.asp
Subscription page (subscribe.asp),
Account page (account.asp),
Payment page (payment.asp),
Review page (review.asp),
Purchase failed page (purchase_failed.asp)

Other pages
(Some errors may result in the user being redirected to
the Fail page. This should not occur under normal
operation, and will generally only be seen due to a site
configuration error. For example, if the URL for a new
page is badly configured and the page cannot be
found.)
