Web server configuration
Ports
Specify the port number the Web server uses for each protocol.
If you enable support for proxy settings under Public access > Access control > Zero
configuration, you must change the selected port to support client stations that are using
proxy servers on the standard port (8080 or 8090). The following mappings are
recommended:
Map the unsecure port 8080 to port 81
Map the secure port 8090 to port 444
Make sure that you do not remap these ports to values already in use on your network.
MIME types
MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) is an Internet standard that is used to
describe the type of information that a message or file contains.
By default, the service controller contains the definitions for a number of common MIME
types. If you need to add your own definition, click Configure.
This page lists all MIME types that are currently defined on the Web server. A number of
common MIME types are defined by default. (Some of the default definitions cannot be
changed.)
Click Add New MIME Type to define your own MIME type.
