config ipx rip Commands
The
config ipx rip commands allow you to set the IPX RIP interface values,
and require an IPX network number <IPX-network-number>.
config ipx sap Commands
The IPX SAP commands allow you to configure Service Advertisement Protocol
(SAP) on IPX interfaces. Three timing parameters (hold-multiplier, delay-timer,
and interval-timer) also control IPX SAP behavior. If you do not use the factory
defaults and change global default parameters, you should set the global
parameters prior to setting individual interface parameters.
config ipx sap info Command
The
config ipx sap info command displays IPX SAP settings on the switch.
config ipx rip
followed by:
hold-multiplier
<IPX-network-number>
<hold-multiplier>
Sets the hold multiplier value for the IPX
interface.
• <hold-multiplier> is the range of 1 to
2147483647 with the default of 3.
update-delay
<IPX-network-number>
<delay-timer>
Sets the update delay timer for the IPX interface.
• <delay-timer> is the range of 1 to
1000 ms with the default of 50 ms.
update-interval
<IPX-network-number>
<interval-timer>
Sets the update interval for the IPX interface in
seconds.
• <interval-timer> is the range of 1 to
2147483647 with the default of 60 seconds.
