Simple Network Time Protocol
(SNTP)
Therouting switch supports the client portion of the Simple
Network Time Protocol (SNTP) Version 3 based on RFC1769. The
switch can use SNTP to update and synchronize its internal clock
from a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server.
When SNTP is enabled, the switch sends out a periodic query to the
indicated NTP server, or the switch listens to broadcast NTP
updates. The routing switch also supports the configured setting for
Greenwich Mean time (GMT) offset and the use of daylight saving
time.
enable tacacs-accounting Enables TACACS+ accounting. If accounting
is used, the TACACS+ client must also be
enabled.
enable tacacs-authorization Enables CLI command authorization. When
enabled, each command is transmitted to the
remote TACACS+ server for authorization
before the command is executed.
show tacacs Displays the current TACACS+ configuration
and statistics.
show tacacs-accounting Displays the current TACACS+ accounting
client configuration and statistics.
unconfigure tacacs {server [primary |
secondary]}
Unconfigures the TACACS+ client
configuration.
unconfigure tacacs-accounting {server
[primary | secondary]}
Unconfigures the TACACS+ accounting
client configuration.
