ASYMMETRIC VLAN COMMANDS
The Asymmetric VLAN commands in the Command Line Interface (CLI) are listed (along with the appropriate parameters) in the
following table:

enable asymmetric_vlan
Purpose
Used to enable asymmetric VLANs on the Switch.
Syntax
enable asymmetric_vlan
Description
This command is used to enable the asymmetric VLAN function on
the Switch
Parameters
None.
Restrictions
Only Administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To enable asymmetric VLANs:
DES-3200-28:4#enable asymmetric_vlan
Command: enable asymmetric_vlan
Success.
DES-3200-28:4#
disable asymmetric_vlan
Purpose
Used to disable asymmetric VLANs on the Switch.
Syntax
disable asymmetric_vlan
Description
This command is used to disable the asymmetric VLAN function on
the Switch
