Norton 360 creates an entry when a network
communication event matches this rule. You can
view the event log in the SecurityHistorywindow
under Firewall–Activities. If you selected the
Monitor option in the Action window,then the
CreateaSecurityHistorylog entry option is
automaticallychecked.Youcannotuncheckthebox
to turn off this option as it is the default setting.

Modifying Traffic rules and Program rules
You can change an existing firewall rule if it does not
functionthewaythatyouwant. Youcanuse theModify
option to change the settings of an existing firewall
rule.Whenyouchangearule,thefirewallusesthenew
criteriaofthe modifiedruletocontrolnetworktraffic.
You cannot modify some of the default rules that are
read-only.However,youcanview thesettingsofthese
rules by using the View option.
To modify aTraffic rule

In the Norton 360 main window, click Settings.

In the Settings window, under DetailedSettings,
click Firewall.

On the TrafficRules tab, select the rule that you
want to change.
