The resetsettingspassword optionappears in the
SelectUninstallPreference windowonly if the
SettingsPasswordProtectionoption is turnedon. To
usetheSettingsPasswordProtectionoption,goto the
Norton 360 main window, and then click Settings
>General>ProductSecurity.
To reset yourNorton 360Settings password

On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Control
Panel.

InWindowsControlPanel,dooneofthefollowing:
1 In Windows XP, double-click AddorRemove
Programs.
1 InWindowsVista,clickProgramsandFeatures.
1 In Windows 7, click Programs > Programsand
Features.
The Programsoption in Windows7 is available
whenyouselecttheCategoryoptionintheView
by drop-down list.

In the list of currently installed programs, do one
of the following:
1 InWindowsXP,clickNorton360,andthenclick
Change/Remove.
1 In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click Norton
360, and then click Uninstall/Change.

At the bottom of the SelectYourUninstall
Preferencewindow, click resetsettingspassword.

In the dialog box that appears, in the Reset
PasswordKey box, type the randomly generated
key that is displayed against ResetPasswordKey.

In the NewPassword box, type the new password.

In the ConfirmNewPassword box,type the new
password again.

Click OK.
