Definition updates are available to you as long as you
maintain an active product status. The ways in which
you can acquirethe product and maintain yourstatus

thesubscriptionisduetoexpire,youare
promptedtorenew.Followtheon-screen
instructions to complete your
subscription renewal.
After your product expires, youcannot
obtain updates of any kindand all the
security features are turned off.If you
do not renew your product,you are no
longerprotectedagainstsecuritythreats.
Though LiveUpdate continues to check
for updates after expiration, youmust
renew your product to enableall the
