background tasks that Norton 360 performs and lets
you view and monitor the background tasks. Norton
360 runs most of the background tasks when your
computerisidle.Performingall backgroundtaskswhen
your computer is idle helps your computer to run at
peakefficiencywhenyouuseyourcomputer. However,
you can manuallystart or stop a taskat any time. You
can also specify the IdleTimeOut duration. After the
IdleTimeOut durationis reached, Norton 360
identifiesthecomputerasidleandrunthebackground
tasks. Youcan usethe IdleCountdownbar toconfirm
the idle state of your computer. You can also view the
CPU graph and memory graph to obtain the
