FULL TRUST
All the network traffic thatyour

allowed through firewall.
However, known attacks and
infections are still monitored.
You should select this setting
only when you are surethat the
network is completely safe.
Adds the network to theShared
list
SHARED
All the network traffic thatyour
computerreceivesfromaShared
network is filtered. Only shared
resources on your computer,
such as files, folders, and
printersareallowed.Youshould
selectthissettingifyouwantthe
firewall to protect you fromall
trafficexcept those thatpertain
to file and printer sharing.
Adds the network to the
Protected list
PROTECTED
A network is in theProtected
TrustLevelwhenithasnotbeen
classifiedasTrusted,Shared,or
Restricted.Youremainprotected
from known attacks and all
unexpected traffic.
