To view thefiles usingNorton Insight

In the Norton360 main window, clickPCSecurity,
and then click RunNortonInsight.

In the NortonInsight-ApplicationRatings
window,selectanoptionfromtheShowdrop-down
list to view a category of files.
You may need to scroll the window to view all the
files that are listed in the details area.

Click Close.
To refresh thelist offiles

In the NortonInsight-ApplicationRatings
window, at thetop of the fileicon, click the refresh
icon.
Checking the trust level of a file
Norton Insight lets you check the details of the Files
of Interest that are available on your computer. You
can view details such as signature of the file and the
date onwhich the filewas installed. Youcan also view
details such as the trust level, stability details,
community usage, resource usage, and the source of
the file. You can use the Locate option to find the
location of the file on your computer. When you
right-clickafilethatisavailableonyourcomputer,the
shortcut menu displays Norton360 option and then
NortonFileInsight option. Youcanuse theoptions to
check the details of a File of Interest.

onlywhenyouright-clickaFileofInterest.InWindows
Safe mode, you cannot access this option for any file.
Norton360alsocategorizesanyfileforwhich youopen
the FileInsight window to view details as a File of
Interest.
The Symantec server stores the hash value and trust
leveldetailsoftheFileof Interest.Theserverprovides
thefile detailsimmediatelyafter youopenthe Norton
Insight-ApplicationRatings window.However, you
canusetheCheckTrustNowoptionintheFileInsight
