where you want your backups to be stored.

click RefreshList.

Installing optical backup driver
Norton 360 offersseveral storage location optionsfor
backups. You can choose a different location if your
backup needs change or if you want to store your
backups in several locations for added security.
If you want to back up your important files and data
to a CD or DVD Drive, you must configure the optical
backup drive on your computer. The optical backup
drive helps you read or write data on optical discs.
When you select CD or DVD Drive as the backup
location for the first time, Norton 360prompts you to
configure the optical backup drive on your computer.
Norton 360 lets you install the optical driver.
Whenyouinstallopticalbackupdriver,you mustinsert
and remove discs when prompted. Therefore, you
cannot select automatic scheduling of backups when
youbackup toCDs,DVDs,or Blu-raydiscsforthe first
time.Whenthebackupiscomplete,youcanclickView
Details in the Backup windowto view the status of
your last backup.
To install opticalbackup driver

In the Norton360 main window, click Backup,and
then click ManageBackupSets.

On the Where tab, select the CDor DVDDrive
option, and then click RunBackup.

In the dialog that appears, click OK.

When you are prompted, insert a blank CD or DVD
into the CD-ROM drive and click OK.
You can view the progress of the backup in the
Backup window.

When the backup is complete, click Close.
