Creating a temporary password for Norton Account
IfyouforgetthepasswordofyourNortonAccount,you
can create a temporary password to sign in to your
Norton Account. The temporary password is sent to
theemail addressthat youprovided whenyou created
your Norton Account.
After you signin to your NortonAccount by using the
temporarypassword,youarepromptedtochangeyour
password.
To create atemporary passwordfor NortonAccount

In the Norton 360 main window, click Account.

In the MyAccount window, click Access Norton

IntheNortonAccountWebpagethatappears,under
Forgotyourpassword?, click Recoverithere.

In the ForgotyourPassword Webpage, verify the
emailaddressthatisprovidedintheEmailAddress
text box, and then click Continue.
Atemporarypasswordissenttoyouremail address.
You can use this temporary password to sign in to
your Norton Account.
