Place the removed XSCF unit on a grounded antistatic ESD mat.
Note -
When mounting a XSCF unit, check the connectors on both of the chassis and
XSCF unit beforehand to confirm that no pin is bent and all the pins are neatly
arranged in lines. If an XSCF unit is mounted with a bent pin in a connector, the
chassis or XSCF unit may be damaged. Also, carefully proceed with the work to
prevent any pin from being bent.

Support the XSCF u nit from below with one ha nd and then r emove it carefully.
17.5 Installing the XSCF Unit
This section describes the procedure for installing the XSCF unit.
1.
Carefully insert the XSCF unit into the ch a ssis.
2.
Raise th e right an d left l evers a n d then tighten the tw o screws.
3.
Reconnect all the cables to t he XSC F unit.
