PUT and GET Subcommands:
The put and get operations are performed the
same way as the AS/400-to-AS/400 put and get operations, but with the following
differences.
Figure 161 and Figure 162 show examples of the put operation to the VAX and the
get operation from the VAX.
The specification of files on the VAX is as follows:
NODE::DEVICE:[DIRECTORY]FILENAME.TYPE;VERSION
where directory can be expressed as a subdirectory structure such as
[AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD...].
