ACTIVATING AND DEACTIVATING PORTS
1 Do one of the following to open the Activate/Deactivate Ports window:
• In the
Site Map Navigation window, click Activate/Deactivate Ports.
• In the
Tree Navigation window, click System Maintenance, Activate/Deactivate Ports.
2 In the
Please Select A Slot box, select the slot that contains the ports you want to activate or
deactivate.
The management card does not issue a trap when you activate and deactivate
ports.
