Appl. TSC #2 carries DCS signaling between Switch 2 and Switch 1.
As specified on the Switch-1 NCA TSC Assignment screen,
TSC #2 is administered as a gateway on Switch 1, where the
ISDN signals are converted to TCP/IP.
