Private VLAN Promiscuous Interface Configuration
Use this page to associate a port with a promiscuous primary VLAN. An endpoint connected
to a promiscuous port is allowed to communicate with any endpoint within the private VLAN.
Multiple promiscuous ports can be defined for a single private VLAN domain.
To display the Private VLAN Promiscuous Interface Configuration page, click the Security
Traffic Control
Private VLAN > Private VLAN Promiscuous Interface Configuration.
To associate ports with promiscuous private VLANs:
1. Select the check box associated with each Interface to configure, or select the check box in
the header row to apply the same settings to all interfaces.
2. In the Promiscuous Primary VLAN field, specify the VLAN ID of the primary VLAN in
which the selected ports are members.
3. In the Promiscuous Secondary VLAN field, specify the VLAN ID of the secondary VLAN in
which the selected ports are members.
4. Click APPLY to send the updated configuration to the switch. Configuration changes take
effect immediately.
5. Click CANCEL to cancel the configuration on the screen.
Field Description
Operational VLAN(s) Indicates which VLANs associated with the port are operational.
