ProSafe M5300 Switch
To configure the auto install settings:
1. Use Auto Install to enable/disable start/stop auto install mode on the switch.
2. Select the Auto Save check box and click the APPLY button to have configuration changes
you have made saved across a system reboot. All changes submitted since the previous
save or system reboot will be retained by the switch.
3. Use Auto Install Retry Count to specify the number of times the unicast TFTP tries should
be made for the DHCP specified file before falling back for broadcast TFTP tries.

The Reset menu contains links to the following options:
Device Reboot on page 485
Factory Default on page 486
Password Reset on page 486
Device Reboot
Use the Device Reboot page to reboot ProSafe.
To access the Device Reboot page, click Maintenance
Reset Device Reboot.
To reboot the switch:
1. Use Reboot Unit No to select the unit to reset. Select all to run reset for all units.
2. Select the Save prior to reboot radio button and click the APPLY button to reboot the
switch. Prior to reboot the unit, the current configuration will be saved first.
3. Select the Don't save prior to reboot radio button and click the APPLY button to reboot the
switch. This option permits the user to reboot the unit without saving the current
configuration.
