create wac user
Purpose Used to create a Web-based Access Control user on the switch
Syntax
create wac user <username 15> {vlan <vlan_name 32>}
Description This command is used to create a Web-based Access Control user on
the Switch.
Parameters <username 15> -Enter a username of up to 15 alphanumeric characters
used to authenticate users trying to access the network via the Switch.
This username must be identical to the one the user enters to access the
Web-based Access Control for the Switch.
vlan <vlan_name 32> - Enter the VLAN name of the VLAN this user will
be placed in, once authenticated.
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To create a WAC user on the Switch.
DGS-3600:4#create wac user Darren vlan Trinity
Command: create wac user Darren vlan Trinity
Enter a case-sensitive new password:****
Enter the new password again for confirmation:****
Success.

user on the Switch.
Syntax
config wac user <username 15> vlan <vlan_name 32>
Description This command is used to configure a previously created Web-based
Access Control user on the Switch.
Parameters <username 15> - Enter a username of up to 15 alphanumeric
characters used to authenticate users trying to access the network via
the Switch. This username must be identical to the one the user
enters to access the Web-based Access Control for the Switch.
vlan <vlan_name 32> - Enter the VLAN name of the VLAN this user
will be placed in, once authenticated, if a change in VLANs is desired.
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command.

To configure a WAC user on the Switch.

Command: config wac user Peter vlan Trinity
