Current loop state during loop initialization. Possible
values are:
OLP — offline (disconnected or nonparticipating)
LIP — FL_Port entered INITIALIZING or
OPEN_INIT state
LIM — LISM completed, FL_Port became the
loop master
BMP — loop initialization completed, FL_Port in
MONITORING state
OLD — port transited to the OLD_PORT state
TMO — loop initialization times out
