Problem
Description:
Media Profile Error.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Download a Media Profile for the current medium.
n Power the Printer OFF and ON from the rear of the Printer.
n Download a Firmware Upgrade ⇒ Page 9-12.
Calibration Error: 2005 (User)
Problem
Description:
Closed Loop Color Pattern Error.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Turn the Printer OFF and ON from the rear of the Printer to reset
the memory.
n Download a Firmware Upgrade ⇒ Page 9-12.

Problem
Description:
Media Profile Corrupted.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Download Media Profile.
n Power the Printer OFF and ON from the back of the Printer.
