Problem
Description:
Firmware error.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Power the Printer OFF and ON again using the Power Switch at
the back of the Printer and retry the calibration.
n Download the latest Firmware ⇒ Page 9-12.
Calibration Error: 4007 (Service)
Problem
Description:
Firmware error.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Turn the Printer OFF and ON and retry the calibration.
n Download the latest Firmware ⇒ Page 9-12.
Calibration Error: 5000 (Service)
NOTE This code is not an error. See the other codes reported.
Calibration Error: 5001 (Service)
Problem
Description:
Out of memory.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Reset the memory by Powering the Printer OFF and ON again
using the Power Switch at the back of the Printer.
Calibration Error: 5002 (Service)
Problem
Description:
Black Printhead failure.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
n Perform Recovery for Black Printhead ⇒ Page 6-15.
n Replace the Black Printhead.
