EIICR: Interrupt error Interrupt Control Register x’00FC46’
EIICR does not exist in the hardware, but if the CPU finds no matching
interrupt vector for an interrupt that occurs, it writes a C to IAGR to indi-
cate that it detected an abnormality. EIICR is an 8-bit access register.
