3. Reseat or replace the connectors
between the DC controller and the

4. If the problem persists, replace the DC
controller PCB.
5. Replace the formatter.
For the following specific error, perform
indicated action.
● 55.01.00 - Replace the DC controller
PCB.
● 55.5 - Do not replace the DC controller
PCB or formatter PCB. Resend the
firmware upgrade before sending any
more print jobs.

connector J1024.
3. Replace the fan.
