bgp: This peer address <Peer> matches the
local router id <Address>
Peer address is the same as router ID of local router. Specify a peer
address different from router ID.

bgp4+: address should not be:: Default address is specified in address. Specify addresses other than
the local host address.
bgp4+: address should not be v4-compat An IPv4-compatible address is specified in an address.
