Using Useful Fax Functions
The machine has various fax functions as follows.

Print reports/lists
Press the
FAX
button, then the
Menu button to display the Fax settings menu, and select Print
reports/lists. The various kinds of reports or lists can be printed.
This section shows a sample of the Activity report and Telephone number list.
Activity report
Prints the history of sent and received faxes. The machine prints an Activity report after every 20
transactions by default.
TEL number list
TEL no. registration
The numbers below can be registered by pressing the
FAX
button, then the
Menu button to select
TEL no. registration in the Fax settings menu. Each registration can also be performed on a
computer using Speed Dial Utility supplied with the machine.

Coded speed dial: Registers a frequently used fax/telephone number for a coded speed dial code.
Group dial: Registers two or more fax/telephone numbers for a group dial.
Rejected numbers: Registers a fax/telephone number for rejection.
