REMEDY: Use the LANSTAT command to determine which location
is in the OEM-FAIL state. Check the OEM type of the
current system. Contact your technical support center.
08 = ERROR DURING COURTESY DOWN
An error occurred while executing the courtesy down command.

01 = COURTESY DOWN STATE
02 = COURTESY STATE STATE
DATA-3 = ERROR CODES
01 = LAN EVENT TIMEOUT
02 = VCU EVENT TIMEOUT
03 = INVALID LAN SLOT
REMEDY:
Try the courtesy down command again. If the problem
continues, contact your technical support center.
