for the MIN_TIP_COMPATIBILITY_LINE_RATE System Flag in Procedure 1.

d Select the TIP Compatibility mode:
Prefer TIP is recommended if Polycom endpoints are to connect using TIP,
otherwise select Video and Content.
When Prefer TIP is selected Video Switching, Gathering Settings, Skins, Message Overlay,
Site Names and Network Indication(s) are disabled.
