FT. OF 22 AWG ABAM CABLE) TO ENSURE DETECTION OF CONTACT CLOSURE. LONG
WIRES SHOULD BE SHIELDED TO PREVENT FALSE ALARMS FROM INDUCED VOLTAGES.

• Wire stripper, 16-26 AWG
• Continuity tester
• Volt-ohm meter
• 16 to 26 AWG insulated, shielded copper wire for alarm connections, as required by standard
wiring practices.
