CLI Commands Descriptions
set autoexit <minutes> When enabled, the CLI session will
automatically expire if there is no user
activity during the specified time
period.
ping <ipaddr> Uses “Ping” (an Internet tool) to verify
network connections and reachability.

reset all Produces a soft reset of both
Controller cards. See Reset All on
page 18-57.
reset ds1 <n> Enables the operator to reset one or
more DS1 framers to test Loss of
Frame recovery. Reset DS1 Framer on
page 18-57.
reset remote <n> Resets a remote Access Bank II
connected to the Access Navigator
through a DS1. Reset Remote on
page 18-58.
reset standby Produces a soft reset of the standby
Controller card to verify operational

restore defaults Replaces the settings stored in the
Controller card’s flash memory with
the factory default values. Restore

switch controller Transfers active control to the standby

Reads the Access Navigator
configuration database from flash
memory and saves the settings in file
