Configure Remote V.35 Interface (if used)
3. Set remote V.35 clock receive and transmit clock polarity to invert the receive (rx), transmit (tx),
receive and transmit (rxtx), or neither (none) with the following command:
set remote <n> v35 clkinv <rx|tx|rxtx|none>
Example: set remote 11 v35 clkinv rx
4. Set remote V.35 CTS Clear to Send (CTS) timing and signal levels for flow control with the
following command:
set remote <n> v35 cts <cd|high|low|rts>
Example: set remote v35 cts high
The CTS logic signal can be always high or low, or set to follow the Carrier Detect (CD) or Ready
to Send (RTS) signals.
5. Set remote V.35 data polarity with the following command:
set remote <n> v35 data <invert|normal>
Example: set remote v35 data normal
6. Set remote V.35 receive clock source to internal or external with the following command:
set remote <n> v35 rxclk <int|ext>
Example: set remote v35 data normal
Internal clock source timing is recommended. This setting prevents data slips by synchronizing the
receive timing to the T1 interface.
7. Set remote V.35 speed to Nx56 or Nx64 Kbps with the following command:
set remote <n> v35 speed <nx56|nx64>
Example: set remote v35 speed nx64
8. Set remote V.35 DSU loopback code detection to on or off with the following command:
set remote <n> v35 dsu <on|off>
Example: set remote v35 dsu on
