Start Management Session
Perform Management Operations
2. If a “Login:” message similar to the following appears, enter you user name and press Enter or
Return key. If a “Password:” message appears next, enter your password and press Enter or Return
key.

3. If a message and command prompt similar to the following appears, you are successfully logged in
to the Access Navigator.

Perform Management Operations
After logging on, perform whatever management operations are required by the installation,
provisioning, or maintenance procedure. For detailed command descriptions, see CLI Language
Reference on page 18-1.
Exit Telnet Management Session When Finished
NOTE: You will remain logged into the Access Navigator until you terminate the session
by using the exit command. If you do not terminate the session before disconnecting for
the Telnet server, the Access Navigator Telnet session will remain active for 2 hours. No
other users will be able to log on if all Telnet sessions are active.
When you are finished with the management session, you must log out and exit from the Access
Navigator by entering the following command:
