Syntax To assign an initial password:
password The console displays “Which password is
changing?”.
type type is either M for manager or U for user password.
The console displays “Enter current manager
password”, if a manager password already exists.
mgr mgr is the current manager password required, if
existing, to assign the user password. The console
displays “Enter new password”.
new new is 1 to 14 alphanumeric characters, for the
manager or user type you selected. (Passwords are
case-sensitive; “INTERNET” and “internet” are not
equivalent.) The console displays “Enter new
password again”.
new new is the same new password you typed above.
