Generally, the
passband
of a
hlter
exhibits low loss. A relatively low incident power may be
needed to avoid overdriving the next stage of the DUT (if that stage contains an amplifier) or
the network analyzer receiver.

Conversely, the stopband of a

generally exhibits high isolation.
