The Conference toolbar contains the following buttons:
Participant Toolbar
The Participant toolbar is enabled when a Participant icon is clicked.

Add New
Participant
Adds a new participant to the conference.
Lock/Un-lock
Conference
Locks or unlocks the conference to dial-in
participants.
Place/Cancel
Conference
on Hold
Places a conference on hold or reinstates a
conference that was placed on hold.
Start/stop
Voting
Starts/stops a voting session.
Terminate the
Conference
Terminates the conference.
Start
Recording
Starts a recording session.
Stop
Recording
Stops a recording session.
