all: Updates EFI firmware on all BMM boards in the cabinet.
BMM: Updates EFI firmware on the specified BMM board.
Specify two digits in a BMM number, consisting of an IO_Unit# (0 to 7) and
a BMM# (0 or 1). For example, IO_Unit#3 BMM#1 is represented as 31.
Partition:Updates EFI firmware on the BMM board contained in the specified
partition.
noverify:Disables the verify check.
quiet: Updates the firmware without interactive operation involving the user.

4.4.4 update SAL
This command downloads a PAL/SAL firmware file from the specified URL and
updates PAL/SAL firmware.
The input format for the URL is as follows:
http://host/path/file
ftp://host/path/file
A URL cannot be accessed through a proxy server.
Note: The partition containing the PAL/SAL must be rebooted when PAL/SAL
firmware is updated. Therefore, shut down the partition to which the PAL/
SAL belongs before updating PAL/SAL firmware.
z Privilege: Users with the Admin privilege or CE privilege
