CHAPTER 8 CLI Operations

If [receive] is on, the interface can operate with:
- Connected devices that must send flow control packets
- Connected devices that need not send flow control packets but can still send
them
If [send] is on, the interface can send flow control packets to the remote devices
that support flow control.
Both [receive] and [send] are off by default.
