8.2 Configuration Definition Commands
• Set count over.
Cause: Registration exceeding the maximum 8 units was attempted.
Action: Check the number of registered entries.
• Entry isn’t existed.
Cause: Deletion of an unregistered host was attempted.
Action: Check the hosts already registered.
8.2.17.6 snmp-server enable traps
This command enables trap transmission to the specified host and specifies the
transmission notification type:
z The only port number used for trap transmission is 162.
z Up to eight trap notification destinations can be registered.
z Information transmission (inform) is not supported.
z DES is used for encrypting packets.
z Trap notification destinations with the same IP address but different SNMP
versions can be registered simultaneously.

• Enables trap transmission to the specified host and specifies the transmission
notification type
