Sending Documents
Canceling transmissions.
Q How do you cancel a transmission while a document is being scanned?
A Press (Stop) on the control panel, or press [Cancel] on the touch panel
display.
Q How do you cancel a transmission after the document has been scanned?
A If you are sending the document by any other sending method besides fax,
press [System Monitor] ➞ [Send] ➞ [Status] ➞ select the document that you
want to cancel ➞ press [Cancel] ➞ [Yes]. However, documents that are being
sent may not be canceled even if you press [Cancel]. (See "Using the System
Monitor Screen," on p. 1-36.)
A If you are sending the document by fax, press [System Monitor] ➞ [Fax] ➞
[Send Job Status] ➞ select the document that you want to cancel ➞ press
[Cancel] ➞ [Yes]. However, documents that are being sent may not be canceled
even if you press [Cancel]. (See "Using the System Monitor Screen," on
p. 1-36.)
