JNS Router Save/Restore
18−2 CM 4000 Installation and Operating Manual
Note: Because restoration includes lock/protect status, it is possible for the Router Save/Restore application to
override and switch a locked or protected output. For example, if an output is not in a lock/protect condition at
the time of a save, but is later switched and locked/protected, it will be “force unlocked/unprotected” and switched
back to the saved input when status is restored.
Selecting Outputs and Levels
Router Save/Restore lets you restrict the outputs and levels that are displayed and saved. To do so, select the “Select Outputs
and Levels” command from the Options menu. The following dialog will be displayed:
Figure 18−2.
Select the outputs and levels that you want to display or save. You can click and drag to select contiguous entries. To unselect
an entry, click on it again. When you are done, click on OK. Only the selected outputs and levels will be displayed in the Router
Save/Restore window. If you save the status, only the displayed outputs and levels will be saved. Selecting outputs and levels
does not affect which outputs and levels are restored. The application always restores all outputs and levels that were saved
in any .rsv file.
