A host name was specified with an IP address. An attempt was made to add the host name to the
hostname table. This should not affect operations.

A time line discontinuity has caused deferred events to be passed over for execution. Since these
events now exist in the past, the system will attempt to perform these events as the current schedule
permits. This is evidence of a serious problem with the system video time line. It may be caused by
an abrupt change to the time code input or a problem with video SYNC. Check to make sure these
are working and properly connected. If the time on the time code generator was adjusted, make sure
that these changes do not occur if deferred events are pending that may be swallowed by the adjust-
ment.
