Explain the following

1) Select the cassette
with thick paper as
the special cassette.
2) Select the icon of
the selected cassette
as the thick paper

from right, 3rd from
the top):

3) Be sure to set all
thick paper in the
selected cassette in
the future.
Try recommended
paper. If the results are
good, ask the user to
use recommended
paper.
Check the fixing
assembly for scratches
and dirt.
Check the nip of the
fixing roller.
