check for a Neighborhood Discovery Packet.
7.5.3.3 Wake Up Packet Storage
The 82575 saves the first 128 bytes of the wake-up packet in its internal buffer, which can be read
through the Wake Up Packet Memory (WUPM) after the system has been woken up.
